Welcome to PadelHubTR (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms & Conditions apply to all visitors and customers using our website padelhubtr.com and purchasing our products.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to the following terms:

1. General Information

  • PadelHubTR operates as an online retail store offering padel equipment.

  • These terms govern all sales, deliveries, returns, and customer interactions on our website.

  • We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

2. Products & Orders

  • All products displayed on our site include accurate descriptions, specifications, and images.

  • Prices are shown in TRY and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • We reserve the right to change product prices or discontinue items at any time.

  • Orders are confirmed once payment is completed successfully

3. Payment

  • Secure payments are processed through iyzico.

  • We accept major cards: Visa, Mastercard, Troy.

  • We do NOT store your card details.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders within Türkiye are delivered in 1–3 working days.

  • Delivery times vary by region and courier.

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

  • Tracking information is provided once your order is shipped

5. Returns & Refunds

Customers may return unused products within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with the Distance Sales Regulation.

Return Conditions

  • Product must be unused, unpacked, and in original condition.

  • Return shipping costs belong to the customer unless the item is defective.

  • Once returned is approved, refunds are issued within 3–7 working days to the original payment method.

Non-returnable Items

  • Used products

  • Damaged items caused by misuse

  • Items missing original packaging

6. Damaged or Incorrect Products

  • If your package arrives damaged:
    Do NOT accept it.

  • Ask courier to prepare a damage report (Hasar Tespit Tutanağı).

  • Email us within 24 hours with photos: support@padelhubtr.com

7. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Your data is processed according to our Privacy Policy.

  • We comply with GDPR and KVKK standards.

  • Your data is stored securely on Wix infrastructure.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies.

  • We are not liable for misuse or improper handling of products after delivery.
